Here are some frequently asked questions, if you can’t find your answer please email us directly.

All our Gowns are ready to purchase off the peg and take on the day, no need to wait!
You can reserve a dress for two weeks for a non refundable fee, this fee will come off the purchase of any gown from us. Alternatively you can book an appointment to view our collection, although we cannot guarantee every style will still be in store unless reserved.
Book a styling appointment with our highly trained consultants, you can try on different styles and shapes until you find “The one”
We offer 1.5hr appointments with a stylist, who will work with you to find your perfect style. They are on hand to offer advice on shapes that flatter your figure. You are welcome to try on as many styles as you like during your appointment time, no queuing or sharing the shop.

It is a good idea to bring a pair of high heels with you, most Gowns are designed for a bride with a height of 5ft 9, heels will allow you to get a better idea of the final look. A strapless bra will also offer support for your bust, without obvious lines.

We ask that you limit your guests to 2, this is to maximise your appointment time and reduce confusion from multiple opinions. Once you have chosen your gown we can offer a further appointment to show any guests that didn’t come.
We have a seamstress on hand to carry out all alterations. This is an additional cost, so please factor this in when setting your wedding gown budget.
